Duration: 1-5 years limited materials warranty, and 1 year materials and labor

MATERIAL WARRANTY

Project Size: No minimum size requirement

Project Type: Commercial projects only, full system including insulation board

Applicator: Approved by BWT Products

Duration: 5 years

COATING WARRANTY

Project Size: No minimum size requirement

Project Type: Residential or commercial projects, issued when full system is not utilized (e.g. finish over concrete or stucco)

Applicator: Approved by BWT Products

Duration: 5 years

WARRANTY NOTES

1. Contact BWT’s Technical Service Department for information concerning applicator requirements for approval.

2. A Warranty Notification Form must be submitted to BWT Technical Service Department for the project prior to commencing the Project.

3. Obtain warranty approval from the BWT Technical Service Department prior to bidding project. Project specifications and or plans may be required for review by the BWT Technical Service Department prior to approval of warranty.

4. Other warranties may be offered to meet a specific project specification. Consult BWT Technical Service Department prior to start of project if a special warranty is required.

5. Sample warranties are available upon request.
